1. Rental Agreement
By renting equipment from MelbSnowCo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your rental.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment in AUD and RMB. RMB amounts displayed on our website are indicative, calculated at a reference rate of ¥4.8 per A$1 — the actual rate applied at time of payment may vary. Supported payment methods include Wise, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. For rentals exceeding 3 days, please contact us via WeChat for a custom quote. Full payment is required at time of booking.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the standard rate. Extensions must be approved in advance.
4. Equipment Care & Damage
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of all rented equipment. You will be charged for any damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear and tear. Damage assessment is at the sole discretion of MelbSnowCo.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned in full upon return of all equipment in satisfactory condition.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
7. Liability Waiver
MelbSnowCo is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented equipment. Snow sports carry inherent risks. Customers use all equipment at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and activity insurance.
8. Equipment Suitability
It is your responsibility to ensure that the rented equipment is suitable for your skill level and intended use. MelbSnowCo staff can provide guidance, but the final selection is your responsibility.

10. Photo & Content Usage
All photos displayed on our website and social media are shared with customer consent and remain the property of MelbSnowCo and/or the respective customers. These images may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from MelbSnowCo. To request usage rights, please contact us via WeChat before proceeding.
11. Changes to Terms
MelbSnowCo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
